‘High Conflict’ is one of those phrases that tends to send shivers down the spines of even experienced mediators. The question is, why? What is it about high conflict that is so unsettling?
The day is less focused on what clients bring into the room, then on how we choose to respond – reflecting on our own beliefs, assumptions and reactions. The format is intended to be collegial and conversational. There will be ample opportunity to both share experience, as well as a chance to engage in some collective practice.
