A good overview of the financial disclosure process, potential obstacles and how to overcome them – such as resistance to sharing/including information – and how/when to include experts, like PODEs, with useful insights from experienced mediators. This course will be especially good for WTA mediators before they take on a finance case, as it covers the disclosure process more thoroughly than is possible on the Foundation Course.
