This session will enhance your understanding of financial statements and other financial information prepared by businesses.  It will also provide an insight into how that information is analysed and used to prepare company valuations for matrimonial proceedings.  We will also provide a high level overview of common valuation methodologies applied, complications that often arise, red flags and examples of recent valuations undertaken.  The aim of the session is to establish an understanding of the valuation process and the different options available to separating parties.
