Our Code of Practice

As part of the FMA’s commitment to maintaining the high standards of family mediators and as a member of the Family Mediation Council, we ensure our family mediators comply with the FMC Code of Practice.

This Code of Practice outlines the aims, objectives and scope of family mediation. The Code also details the general principles of family mediation as well as the training and standards that can be expected from all Family Mediation Council mediators.
